A BRAND-NEW GREEN KITCHEN
Crown Paints (K) PLC partnered with Adili Group in renovating and giving St. Paul’s Children Centre a brand-new green kitchen! The project aims at creating a safer cleaner and healthier environment for the Children at St Paul’s Centre.
INSPIRING LEARNING SPACES
Crown Paints Kenya PLC, represented by employees who are also proud Starehe Boys’ alumni, donates Ksh 50,000 towards a repainting project to refresh and inspire learning spaces—reinforcing our commitment to giving back and supporting excellence in education.
A NEW HOPE TO NYERI HOSPICE
A fresh coat of paint and vital medical supplies brought new hope to Nyeri Hospice, a charitable organization dedicated to palliative care for patients with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Through this CSR initiative, Crown Paints continues to champion healthcare, dignity, and community well-being.
BEAUTIFYING MOMBASA COUNTY
Crown Paints (K) PLC partnered with Mombasa County Government in planting palm trees and painting pots at Buxton Area. This is in line with the Government Initiative of restoration of settled ecosystem by greening public spaces, road sides and walk ways.
KICK POLIO OUT OF AFRICA
As part of its ongoing CSR initiatives, Crown Paints made a donation to the Rotary Club of Malindi to support the Polio Eradication Campaign and the Education Bursary Fund, reinforcing our commitment to health, education, and community empowerment.
I CAN'T SEE IT BUT I CAN FEEL IT !
Crown Paints partnered with Jambojet to give Kibos School for the Blind, a mixed boarding school in Kisumu, a vibrant new look. Jambojet had been supporting the school since 2020, and with Crown Paints joining hands, the transformation went a step further — repainting the school structures to create a brighter, more positive learning environment. The fresh ambience uplifted and inspired both the special students and their teachers, turning the school into a true haven of hope and possibility.
ENHANCING THE ANGATA COMMUNITY POLICE STATION
Strengthening Community Safety: Crown Paints, in partnership with Angata Sugar Mills Ltd, upgrades the Angata community police station; enhancing facilities, boosting officer morale, and creating a safer environment for residents.
COMMUNITY LED INITIATIVES
In the wake of the devastating May 2024 flash floods, Crown Paints (K)PLC stepped in to support the Mathare community and its environs by donating school bags and exercise books, bringing hope and relief to vulnerable families.
TREE PLANTING IQSK
In line with the Environmental Conservation pillar; Crown Paints seeks to partner not only with the Kenya Forest Service but with our business partners in supporting the government National Tree planting initiative. As such Crown Paints partnered with IQSK and the Mwatsumbo Community Forest Association to plant 6,000 trees at Mwatsumbo Community Forest in Tsunza Kwale District.
THE INAUGURAL CROWN YOUR ART COMPETITION
Misufini Primary School in Mariakani emerged top in the inaugural Crown Your Art Competition, earning cash prizes and a school upgrade. As part of its CSR commitment, Crown Paints launched the initiative to nurture young artistic talent, promote education, and empower communities across Kenya. The grand prize winner, Moses Kahindi, proudly received Ksh 200,000, marking a vibrant start to a program that celebrates creativity and inspires the next generation.
