· Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit
· Dilution Ratio: On new (dry) concrete floors the first coat should be thinned up to 10% by volume Crown White Spirit, to ease brushing and ensure penetration into the substrate. Subsequent coats should only be thinned if necessary. Avoid over-thinning as this will affect the opacity. Stir well before use.
· Drying time: Surface dry: <4 hours , Hard dry: <16 hours
· Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 12 – 14 m2/l when applied over a smooth sealed surface. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
