Designed for use in commercial, domestic and industrial buildings such as bathrooms, kitchens, cloakrooms, staircases, corridors, entrance halls and lift lobbies, banking halls, office partitioning and walls etc. Particularly recommended for use in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, food factories, bottling Plants, hotel reception areas and high traffic areas where regular cleaning is necessary and an attractive, durable finish is desirable.
Substrates: Suitably prepared plaster, wood, metal, asbestos etc, and on previously painted, sound surfaces.
The product can be applied by: Single-jet spray equipment only by experienced applicators at strictly controlled pressure
Mixing Procedure 1. Measure 3 parts by volume base and into a clean container. Measure 1 part by volume Water phase separately 2. Add the water phase to the base and stir till homogeneous. 3. Measure the coloured gloss paint as per formulation and add to the mixture in 2 while stirring 4. Apply using a special spray gun at recommended pressure
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, colours in use, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting. Duo-Tone is applied “wet on wet” creating a several coats, high build finish, with very low spreading capacity of about 4m2/l per coat.
Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
