· The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 3% (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
· Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit
· Dilution Ratio: Maximum 10% by volume with White Spirit. Avoid over-thinning as this will affect the opacity. Stir well before use.
· Drying Times: Surface dry <16hrs
· The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or airless spray
· Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 8 – 10 m2/l per coat when applied over Crown Undercoat on a smooth surface. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
