Crown Light Weight Body Filler

Mixing ratio by weight: 100 gm Crown Light Weight Body filler : (1-3) benzoyl peroxide hardener.
Application: Apply by a metal knife.
Drying time at 25°C: Dry to sand: approximately 30 min. The drying time and pot life of Crown Light Wight Body filler mixed with the putty hardener will considerably depend on temperature and amount of hardener used. “At lower temperature add 2-3% of the hardener, at higher temperature add 1%.
Machine or manual dry sanding:

Coarse sanding : P80 – P120
Finish : P180 – P240

1- Clean surface. Remove all dirt, oil grease and wax with a cleaning solvent like wax and grease remover.
2- Make sure the surface is dry before repairing.
3- Use 40 – 80 grit discs to featheredge paint for good mechanical adhesion.
