Crown Penetrating Primer

·       Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit

·       Dilution Ratio: Ready for use by brush application. Thin up to 5% with White Spirit for application to rough or textured surfaces. Avoid over-thinning as this will affect the application. Stir well before use and intermittently during use.

·       Drying Times: Surface dry <2hrs & Hard dry <12hrs

·       The product can be applied by: Brush. Application by roller or spray can be done but does not allow to work into porous surfaces. Apply two or more coats to achieve best binding properties.

·       Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 6 – 7 m2/l when applied over a smooth surface. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.

·       Excellent penetration and adhesion.

·       Alkali resistant.

·       Compatible with both oil & water-based topcoats.
