Crown Silicone Clear Sealer: WB

Application: Apply generously, working from the top of a vertical wall going down. Flood the surface to cause a “run down” of about one foot (300mm). Immediately apply another one-foot band below this band until all the area is covered. If spray applied, use the minimum pressure to prevent atomization. Highly porous surfaces may require a second coat. Small articles like bricks and blocks may be dipped. 

Drying Times: Surface dry: 5 – 15 minutes. Recoating: 3 - 4 hours. Full dry: 24 hrs. Shelf life: 12 months in the original sealed container under proper storage conditions.  

APPLICATION DATA: The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or spray. Small articles like bricks can also be dipped. Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 5 – 10 m2/l per coat. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa. 

New, Dry, Painted or Unpainted and Non-Porous Plaster, Brick, Stone, Concrete, etc.: Ensure the surface is completely dry before application. Remove all loose particles, algae, and fungus, and repair any cracks or joints. Apply Crown Silicone Clear Sealer WB without any dilution. A second coat of Crown Silicone Clear Sealer WB, also without dilution, may be applied as required. 

Small Articles such as Bricks and Blocks: Ensure the items are completely dry. Remove all loose particles, algae, and fungus, and repair any cracks or joints where necessary. Dip or impregnate the articles in Crown Silicone Clear Sealer WB diluted 10% with water. Repeat dipping or impregnation using Crown Silicone Clear Sealer WB diluted 10% with water as required.
