Mainly on steel vehicle bodies to provide “key” and a good, smooth surface on which to apply Cellulose or Fast Dry Enamel. Also used on steel and wooden furniture, etc., to be finished in Cellulose, QAD or Fast Dry Enamel.
Substrates: Suitably prepared metals, fibreglass and wood.
The product can be applied by: Spray. Brush can also be used for low quality finish.
Mixing Ratio: 1-part Paint: 1 part Standard Thinner (by volume).
Ready for use by brush Spraying Viscosity: 20 -22 seconds B4 Cup @25oC
Application Pressure: 45 -50 PSI
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, surface porosity, imperfections, application method & wastage during painting. 5 – 7m²/l per coat. Brushing gives thicker coats and less wastage. Spraying gives better finish, thinner coats and more wastage (up to 50%)
