Ideal for use on exterior surfaces on coastal and high-rise properties where a tough, flexible, smooth finish offering maximum protection of walls and masonry against severe tropical weather and to resist attack by mold and algae.
Thinner & equipment cleaner: Water Dilution Ratio: Maximum 15% by volume with water. Avoid over-thinning as this will affect the opacity. Stir well before use.
Drying Times: Surface dry 30min max & Hard dry after 45min max
The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or airless spray
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 11 – 13 m²/l. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
Tropical weather, mold and algae resistant.
Smooth sheen finish which discourages the collection of dust, industrial pollution and other contamination, so surfaces coated with Crown Permaplast Exterior paint stay clean longer than matt emulsion paints, thereby requiring less frequent decoration.
Good hiding power, quick drying and easy to apply.
No primer required on new and previously painted (sound) surfaces.
Allows new walls that contain moisture to breathe/dry out.
