· The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure proper drying.
· The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 3% (by weight).
· The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
· Thinner & equipment cleaner: Crown Industrial Thinner
· Thinning: Up to 25% by volume with Crown Industrial Thinner.
· Stoving Times: 20 min at 135oC. 30 min at 120oC. D.F.T.: Min. 25 microns. Max. 35 microns.
· The product can be applied by: Apply by spray or dipping @ viscosity 18-22 seconds Ford #4 Cup.
· Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 7 - 10 m2/l per coat @DFT 25µm. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
