Information
Mainly used for the internal lining of metallic and concrete portable water tanks. Bleeds and discolors when overcoated with oil-based paints.
Substrates: Iron and steelwork, cement renderings, brick, stone etc.
Thinner & equipment cleaner: Crown White Spirit
Dilution Ratio: Supplied ready for use by brush and roller application. Thin up to 10% by volume with Crown White Spirit for spray application. Stir well before and intermittently during use.
Drying Times: Surface dry: 2 hours. Recoatable: 14 hours @ 25oC. Hard dry several days D.F.T.: 20 to 40 µm
The product can be applied by: Brush or spray.
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 10-11 m2/l per coat on steel. 7-8 m2/l per coat on porous surfaces. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
