Information
As a corrosion resistant primer for metals, in food factories, bottling plants etc. Also recommended for protection of exposed steelwork in coastal regions and on surfaces subjected to damp and humid weather conditions. Can be used on substrates for collecting and storing drinking water
Substrates: Galvanised steel, stainless steel, mild steel and suitably primed hard polished alloys & aluminium,
Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit.
Dilution Ratio: Supplied for use for brush or roller application to smooth surfaces. For spray application thin up to spray viscosity with Crown White Spirit. Avoid overthinning. Stir well before use.
The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or spray
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 10 - 12 m2/l when applied on smooth surfaces. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
Good corrosion and water resistance, adhesion, flexibility and hardness.
