Crown Zinc Phosphate Primer

·       Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit.

·       Dilution Ratio: Supplied for use for brush or roller application to smooth surfaces. For spray application thin up to spray viscosity with Crown White Spirit. Avoid overthinning. Stir well before use.

·       Drying Times: Touch dry: 4 – 5hrs. Recoatable: 8 – 16 hrs

·       The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or spray

·       Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 10 - 12 m2/l when applied on smooth surfaces. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.

·       Good corrosion and water resistance, adhesion, flexibility and hardness.

·       Non toxic.
