Intermediate Paints/PrimersPRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
A single-pack etch primer based on modified Polyvinyl Butyral resin, rust inhibitive pigments and acid.
As a “holding” primer to provide protection against corrosion during the fabrication period. A coat of conventional rust inhibiting metal primer should be applied over the Etch Primer, within a one-month period, where severe corrosive conditions, particularly in coastal regions are present or evident.
Substrates: Galvanised steel, stainless steel, hard polished alloys, aluminium, plastic and fibreglass.
