Information
For decorative/ industrial use on metals where it produces a gloss finish, sometimes preferred when a period of weeks/months is likely to elapse before overcoating. Not suitable for use in highly corrosive atmospheres particularly in coastal regions, where Crown Zinc Phosphate Primer is recommended.
Substrates: Steelwork, commercial vehicle bodies, machinery, metal casement windows, heavy, structural steelwork and light gauge metal structures.
Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit.
Dilution Ratio: Supplied for use for brush or roller application. For spray application thin up to spray viscosity with Crown White Spirit. Avoid overthinning. Stir well before use.
The product can be applied by: Brush, roller or spray
Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting 8 - 10 m2/l when applied on smooth surfaces. Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
