Thinner & equipment cleaner: Water

Dilution Ratio: Supplied ready for use. Under no circumstances should the product be thinned. Stir well before use. Recommended DFT: 150 - 300 microns/coat Recommended WFT: 375 – 750 microns/coat

Drying Times: Surface dry: 1-2 hours. Hard dry: 6 -8 hours @ 25oC. Attains maximum toughness after 3-4 days.

The product can be applied by: Stainless Steel trowel and then pattern with a special sponge roller. The various patterns can be created by using appropriate application tools. For different batches, it is advisable to combine and mix cans in a single large container, thus, avoiding differences in colours on the wall.

The paint should be spread evenly using a stainless-steel trowel. Once the area has been coated the surface should be laid off and immediately textured (within 2-5 minutes of initial application) with a Light / Medium texture Shieldex roller to required design pattern/ effect. Texturing can be performed horizontally / vertically with minimal pressure.

Spreading Capacity per coat: Approximately 1.42m2/ kg per coat @225 dft. (Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during painting). Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
