Crown Ruff N Tuff

The product can be applied by: STAINLESS STEEL trowel and finished with a special plastic trowel or comb to create the final design texture e.g. Horizontal, Vertical, Circular etc. Crown provides a SUPPLY & APPLY service for this product. New, dry unpainted surfaces (plaster, brick, stone, concrete):
Remove loose particles and ensure moisture is below 3%. Apply 1 coat of Crown Ruff n Tuff, followed by 1–2 coats of Premium Water Based topcoat.

Previously painted surfaces in good condition:
Lightly sand and remove dust. Apply 1 coat of Crown Ruff n Tuff, then 1–2 coats of Premium Water Based topcoat.

Loosely bound or flaking surfaces:
Remove all loose or flaking paint back to a firm base. Prime with 1 coat of Plus 3 Masonry or Penetrating Primer, then apply 1 coat of Crown Ruff n Tuff and 1–2 coats of Premium Water Based topcoat.

Wood surfaces:
Sand along the grain using P240–P320 sandpaper and remove dust. Apply 1 coat of Crown Ruff n Tuff, followed by 1–2 coats of Premium Water Based topcoat.
